Exel Solutions was founded in 2016 to solve a single problem: UK accountancy practices were spending too much money on staff they couldn't keep and missing growth opportunities because of it. We started with a small team in Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka, supporting a handful of UK accountancy firms and grew into one of the most established offshore staffing partners for UK practices.
In 2025–26, we extended that same delivery model into a second pillar: customer service support, beginning with UK dental practices. The thinking was simple - the back office and the front office have the same underlying problem (cost, capacity, retention) and the same solution: a dedicated offshore team that knows your sector.
Today, we're expanding the model into healthcare, property and legal services.

Provide highly qualified remote staff from our host country of Sri Lanka. Although the legal employment of the personnel will be by us, they will work exclusively for you. And you will also directly manage the personnel's day-to-day work and provide them with instructions in this regard.
No Long-Term commitment required, but just plug and play. That is, if you are not satisfied to continue with your offshore staffing operations, you can terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to Exel Solutions. (T&C applies)
You will not pay us anything until you have selected your staff member. The first invoice issued by us pursuant to the agreement is only during the commencement of the services.
