We at Exel had our Exel Awurudu 23' on May 2nd at the Exel BPO Office Premise. And it was really good moments with the Exellors, and they had lots of fun-filled games, dancing, and music, and it was worthy of a great event 🔥
Workplaces are supposed to provide a place where staff can learn, improve, and grow.
Today at Exel, We had our first Learning & Development session on ‘Team Building’, a conversation starter by the staff of Exel BPO with our External Trainer Ranga Amarasekara. It provided an opportunity for each participant to openly engage in one-on-one interaction, speak about teamwork and team goals and gain perspective on the Exel's vision and mission.
Subsequently, we had a Trust & Collaborative exercise session on Team Building. It was amazing time being in the exercise and learning new skills together. It's also great to see how we can bring our individual strengths and work together as a cohesive team. Looking forward to applying what we've learned and taking our team to the next level!
